Hourly Chauffeur Hire or Point to Point: Which Fits Your Trip?

Every reservation we take is one of two things: a transfer from A to B, or a car and chauffeur held for a block of time. Choosing right is mostly about how certain your schedule is.

Point to point

One pickup, one destination, a flat rate quoted in advance. Airport transfers, hotel to dinner, cruise terminal runs. There is no time minimum, and the price does not change if traffic is bad — that risk sits with us, not with you.

Hourly / as directed

The vehicle and chauffeur stay with you. You decide the stops as the day goes: a meeting that overruns, an extra showing, a detour for dinner. Sedans carry a three-hour minimum and SUVs a four-hour minimum, billed from pickup to release.

The simple rule

Two stops or fewer and a known schedule → point to point. Three or more stops, or any uncertainty about timing → hourly. Wine tours, wedding days, roadshows and shopping days are always hourly; the flexibility is the entire product.

What is added on top

• Extra stops on a point-to-point trip: from $10 (sedan) / $20 (SUV).
• Late-night pickups between 10:30 p.m. and 3:59 a.m.: $10.
• Major holidays: $30.
• Car seats: $10 each. Tolls and gratuity are itemised on the invoice.
